What is the Patient Portal?

An online web portal providing secure access to your medical record, convenient way to communicate with your Provider or to schedule an upcoming appointment.

What information is available?

How long before information becomes available online?

Most information is available online within 48hrs. Lab results may be viewed 4 days after the Doctor has received and reviewed them.

Why am I unable to see my Lab Results?

Your Doctor may not have received the results back from the laboratory yet or has decided they would like to discuss with you the results.

Can I request prescription refills through the portal?

Yes. However you may need to be seen if it’s been 6 months or more since your last visit.

Can I schedule an appointment?

Yes. In office and Telehealth visits may be scheduled.
